What type of pump is the most reliable for transporting concentrated sulfuric acid (98% concentration)? I use diaphragm metering pumps, but they are prone to corrosion and clogging, and suffer from frequent failures!
Now, shielded pumps and magnetic pumps are gradually being used. Environmental reasons.
Corrosion is caused by inappropriate materials, while blockages are resulting from the pipeline materials and excessive impurities in the raw materials.
