Could everyone give some advice? Regarding the installation of vibration sensors in the crankcase of piston compressors, is it appropriate to measure displacement rather than velocity? What should be the settings for interlock alarms and automatic shutdown?
Would it be better to set this value based on the actual needs on site? For example, without connecting the chain, only the normal values under actual operation, as well as the vibration levels during startup and shutdown, under various loads and at maximum load, are measured. The corresponding values are then increased, and appropriate parameters are set in accordance with the instructions for reference.
