The inlet of the hot water pump cannot be opened

Recently, the inlet valve of the heat exchange pump in our factory would not open. We tried to open it using a wrench repeatedly, blew steam tape at the valve body, and even heated the outlet valve, but none of these methods worked. Checking the pump’s inlet filter also revealed no dirt. I would appreciate any suggestions from those who know more about this issue
There is a problem with the quality of the valve; contact the manufacturer to handle it.
I don’t know what the valve looks like; loosen the packing and vibrate it axially and radially with a hammer.
What type of sealing is it, hard sealing or soft sealing? Has the seal come loose, or has it deformed due to thermal expansion and contraction? Take it apart and check
Valin is steel, right? It’s bitten down. Determine whether it is currently fully open or fully closed, put on an F wrench, and use a heavy hammer to strike in the opposite direction! Just three strikes – if that doesn’t work, replace it.
