I would like to ask the experts and teachers whether you have encountered similar situations, where the valve discs of the check valves at the outlet of dry gas reciprocating compressors become frequently clogged due to insoluble powders. Is it caused by the dry gas components?
I would like to ask if it’s possible to send a diagram showing the process of compressing dry gas. Are there oil filters, gas purifiers, or any other devices that might generate powder before the gas enters the compressor? It seems to have been brought in from the air. For reference.
