Now three oil-cooled fans share a frame. When fan A is started alone, the vibration value is around 3.6-4.0mm/s. When fan B is started alone, the vibration value is around 4.0mm/s. But when fan AB is started at the same time, the vibration values of the two fans fluctuate from 2.0mm/s to over 7.0mm/s simultaneously, and then return to around 2.0mm/s, showing regular fluctuations, as shown in the figure below.: The installation of 3 fans is as shown in the figure: In this case, how to eliminate the vibration of the fan? There is no vibration analyzer on site. The cause of the resonance cannot be determined yet. I don’t know where to start to solve the resonance problem. Could you please help me?
It's just a suggestion, it may not work, just for reference. The cause of such vibration is resonance. To deal with it, choose a simple reinforcement method to try. The method is to connect the wind turbine frame beams to each other, and the connection between the cylinder and the platform needs to add steel beams. Most of the manufacturers of this type of equipment are trying to save materials. If enough materials are used, the vibration can be reduced. The key is to reinforce it. Reinforce it first, check the vibration, and then try to fix the link.
Thank you. This is also an idea. Let’s see how to strengthen the cylinder.
It's not just the cylinder, it should be the entire frame of the box and the support below. I guess it will definitely be effective if you make one. The problem is that the materials used are too simple and not strong enough :D
Not resonance. I know how to solve it, qq chat, 42379647
It is recommended to contact the design institute or manufacturer
When fan A starts and fan BC stops, you will find that the vibration values of fan ABC are consistent and swing synchronously, because the on-site vibration probe is installed close to the bearing seat, but the measured vibration of the frame is not the vibration of the bearing seat.
When you sign the contract, the manufacturer keeps lowering the price. Just give you the materials you can use. As an operator, your value is not too high and you usually do more inspections.
The high reporting value is 7mm/s, and the tripping value is 18mm/s. It is indeed not very high at present, and the main reason is that the frame is shaking and the fan body cannot hear any abnormal noise. However, if you ignore it and keep running, the vibration value will gradually increase to 18mm/s.
If you open two units, it will exceed 7, and it can easily rise to 18, which still needs to be dealt with.
What is the vibration value of the reinforced frame and AC running together?
