The manufacturer’s method involves using a fake shaft along with a single gauge; it’s a relatively traditional approach. There aren’t any major flaws with it, but it is somewhat cumbersome.
Can the alignment instrument cause damage to his equipment? What is the reason it’s not allowed? Is it fear of not meeting the requirements? Are the requirements different? It is the installer’s right to decide what method to use, as long as it does not affect his equipment. If the authority to install it lies with the equipment manufacturer, then there’s nothing that can be done; those who are employed must follow the instructions of their employer.
First question: The manufacturer does not accept the data obtained by the laser alignment device; According to the technical agreement, the manufacturer is responsible for on-site installation guidance and must be accountable for the quality. Regarding the installation quality of imported equipment, the manufacturer’s guidelines still play a dominant role.
