Why is no lubricating grease applied to the bearings of the reactor frame when it leaves the factory? Our users apply grease to this area at the point of use – what grade of grease should be used and how much? It’s not good either if too much is added, right?
To be honest: there’s not enough money! Buy one, get one free when you order now! ;P
Don’t use too little at low speeds; it’s fine to use more, and there is no issue with poor heat dissipation when using more glycerin at high speeds.
The fuel amount at low speed is 2/3 of the total volume
Which grade of grease to use should be determined according to the manufacturer’s equipment instructions, as this information is specified there. Do not fill the grease container to the top; 2/3 is sufficient.
