I have a question: after inserting the oil-bearing into the hole seat, the inner diameter may shrink significantly due to compression, resulting in a tight fit such that the hydraulic oil pump cannot be pushed in. Is it possible to sand the oil bearing?
To check whether the bearing is up to standard, it usually isn’t necessary to grind it. If it needs to be addressed, it should be the bearing housing. It’s best to try another bearing to see if it fits. If it is not suitable, it indicates a problem with the inner bore of the bearing housing.
