Cold flow has occurred in the valve disc of the gas valve. 1. Excessively high temperature and excessive pressure. 2. The material of the valve disc does not meet the standards; this is a very likely possibility.

Personal opinions are welcome for correction and supplementation: 1. The high H2S content leads to brittle fracture. 2. Operating with liquid present during operation can lead to liquid slugging, causing damage or breakage; this is also one of the reasons for high exhaust temperatures. 3. It carries a large amount of dust, and operating under high stress conditions for extended periods can easily lead to fracture. 4. Damage caused by fatigue or quality issues.

1. The valve may be installed in the wrong direction; it is supposed to be an exhaust valve. However, as can be seen from the circled area in the diagram, the direction of airflow is opposite to that of a normal exhaust valve. It’s possible that the exhaust valve was used as an intake valve instead. The compressed gas passes through this exhaust valve and returns to the inlet, where it then enters the cylinder through other intake valves for further compression. This cycle results in excessively high intake temperatures, which reduces the strength of the valve components. Eventually, during the piston’s intake stroke, the high-pressure gas discharged from the previous stage can push the valve components apart and cause them to deform. 2. The outlet pressure is high, the exhaust temperature of the air valve is high; the material of the valve disc changes, resulting in reduced strength, and it gets damaged due to the impact of the high outlet pressure.
I agree with what the person above said. Judging from the direction of the valve disc fracture, it is clearly opposite to the exhaust direction of the air valve; it’s possible that the intake and exhaust valves are installed in the wrong order, which caused the temperature of that air valve to rise. Combined with the impact, this led to the fracture. During operation, did this unit experience an increase in intake temperature or a decrease in exhaust pressure? This is just my personal opinion; please forgive any mistakes.
I agree with what was said above; it seems to be installed backwards. The upper part should be for intake and the lower part for exhaust. Such a long rod should be used for intake, but according to the picture, it’s the exhaust valve
