Regarding the lubrication oil level of the pump

With our new unit, the oil levels in the bearing housings of several imported pumps are consistently at one-fifth level; the oil levels are quite low. It started leaking after refilling with oil. Is there any solution? Replace the oil seal?
The solutions are as follows: First, examine the product’s structural diagram, analyze whether the actual structure and the instructions suggest that the fuel level should be at one-fifth capacity; if so, fill the tank to that level. Secondly, if an analysis indicates that a value of 1/2 to 2/3 is appropriate, factory support is required: on-site modification and the use of new seals.
It is not uncommon for the opening position of the lubricating oil sight glass to be off; you can measure it yourself to verify the position
The position of the oil sight glass is not always the correct one; it should be at the 1/5 mark, which corresponds to the center of the ball at the bottom of the bearing. If that’s not the case, then there is an issue with the position of the oil sight glass. Check whether there is an oil slinger in place, and then decide whether to replace the oil seal
