Working principle of self-cleaning filter (brush type): The water to be treated enters the unit through the inlet; impurities in the water settle on the stainless steel filter screen, thereby creating a pressure difference. The pressure difference at the inlet and outlet is monitored using a pressure differential switch; when this difference reaches a set value, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, triggering the following actions: the motor rotates the brush to clean the filter element, while the control valve opens to allow waste fluid to be discharged. The entire cleaning process takes only a few dozen seconds. Once cleaning is complete, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, ready to start the next filtering cycle. After the equipment is installed, technicians carry out debugging to set the filtration time and the cleaning transition time.
