Can we only monitor pressure? Can we also monitor flow rate? If the pressure is high, in addition to increased leakage due to damaged sealing surfaces, it could also be that the back pressure in the sealing exhaust pipe is high, causing the exhaust gas to be trapped
Of course, first check the exhaust pipeline; if it is unobstructed, then see if the primary leakage flow rate is high If so, it might be a problem with the primary seal.
Check whether there is any change in the compressor discharge pressure; if the dry gas seal is removed, measure the gap behind the balance disk as well
