The exhaust temperature of the Yantai Binglun screw compressor is low; seeking help from experts

Our unit uses Yantai Binglun screw compressors to compress gases containing CO2 and water vapor. The equipment has been in normal operation for over two years, with all parameters within the normal range (the exhaust temperature is between 95–105°C)； However, recently the exhaust temperature of the screw compressor has suddenly dropped (the exhaust temperature is below 85°C, and it still doesn’t rise even when the oil temperature is increased to 63°C); I’m not sure what the reason is. I talked to the manufacturer over the phone, and they don’t have any ideas either. I hope someone who is familiar with their equipment or similar devices can provide some guidance~~~ It’s urgent~~~
The issues with the return valve and coolant (water-cooled) leakage have been ruled out
Consider checking the air intake filter
The temperature sensor has also been confirmed to be fine~~~
