Problems encountered with Freon screw compressor units

First question: The Freon screw compressor in the unit keeps shutting down. The liquid level in the evaporator is controlled to be below 50%. A gas-liquid separation tank has been installed specifically between the evaporator outlet and the compressor. Why then is the liquid level in the evaporator so high? With the level controlled low, shouldn’t it be drawn into the gas-liquid separation tank? ? ? Second question: Due to a problem with the solenoid valve, it’s not possible to set the slide valve opening to automatic mode; the compressor’s slide valve is set to manual mode. Why can’t it be controlled properly? The opening fluctuates frequently back and forth, but after some time, the fluctuations decrease. What’s the reason? ? ? The solenoid valve has an exhaust port, and it is suspected that the back-and-forth fluctuations are caused by gaseous Freon. If the level of the defluorinated Freon does not meet the process requirements, check whether the Freon distributor at the shell-side inlet and the outlet baffle are appropriate; it is also possible to add a demister at the shell-side outlet
