The oily sludge contains stones, bolts, channel steels, and similar items; the shaftless screws used in this project often get clogged； I’ve also used belts, but sludge sticks to them. As shown in Figure 1, this is a photo of the sludge with a moisture content of around 25% ； Figure 2 shows the miscellaneous items selected from them, with the longest one being about 5 cm in length.
First, conduct magnetic separation, then screening; for the precipitate, use Jiaolong,,,,. There are many ways; it’s best to shoot a video on site and upload it. Look at the current delivery methods, and propose reform plans based on them.
It is possible to use screws with large gaps for conveying
A screw pump or a cam pump will work fine.
