The turbine inlet quick-shut valve opens once the starting oil is established

For the three Hangzhou Steam Engine units, before the quick-shut oil could be installed and the starting oil removed, the shut-off valve opened automatically. I previously consulted Hangqi; I suspected that the problem lay with the PTFE ring inside the quick-close valve, which was causing oil leakage inside the cylinder. However, after replacing the rings, only one unit stopped having issues, while the other two still had the valves opening as soon as startup oil was supplied. Has anyone encountered this problem?
After the unit is shut down, it is necessary to manually turn off the quick-shut oil valve on the quick-shut assembly each time; if it is not turned off, the valve is likely to open automatically on the next occasion
Previously, it was the steam turbines produced by Hangzhou Automobile that were in use, and similar problems occurred there as well; however, the manufacturer said it did not affect performance, so no further action was taken
Check the start oil and quick-shut oil valve assemblies; there may be oil leakage
