Are motor operation, fault, and stop signals all necessary? Will just the operation signal and fault signal work? If it’s not running, it’s considered stopped – is there any problem with that?
No. Without a stop signal, it’s impossible to confirm whether the power has been cut off during maintenance; thus, safety cannot be ensured. Additionally, when there is a fault indicated in the operation status and the motor cannot be seen, it becomes difficult to determine its operating condition. All these are prerequisite conditions for ensuring safe operation
