I would like to ask everyone: in chemical enterprises, are there any special requirements regarding the retainers of rolling bearings in pumps used to transport flammable and explosive substances? Is copper, steel, or nylon acceptable? What are the regulations in your respective companies? Thank you!

Currently, for high-temperature flammable and explosive media, metal retainers are required; no special requirements seem to exist for others.
Here, the bearings are all inside the bearing housings, so they are not in contact with the medium.
Preferably, a fire-resistant copper retainer
