Used for compressing hydrogen, nitrogen, and CO2 gases; the inlet pressure is slightly positive or at atmospheric pressure. The compression capacities are 5 m3/h, 11 m3/h, and 22 m3/h, with an absolute discharge pressure of 20 bar. Which domestic brands produce piston compressors of good quality for this application? It should offer better cost-effectiveness. Could everyone please make some recommendations?
Imported piston compressors from brands like Howden and Bringham are quite good; among domestic brands, those like Shenyang Blower Works and Shenyang Yuanda perform relatively well.
Personal opinion: Imports: Atlas, Ingersoll Rand; Domestic: Shenyang Yuanda, Shengli Steam Turbine.
Is there a mistake here? With such low traffic volume, there’s no need to choose a specific brand, right?:) Hydrogen membrane compressors seem to be safer; just for reference.
Shenyu and Yuanda certainly don’t produce compressors of such a small size; find a manufacturer of diaphragm compressors instead
Are domestic ones not good? It is not recommended to buy imported compressors of this type
Such small devices are imported, and companies like Yuanda and Shengyu won’t be interested in them; it is recommended to use membrane presses, which our company can manufacture
Thank you; Shenmu and the others don’t produce these small machines that we make. I’ll take some time to look into those two imported brands
What kind of company are we? In our industry, oil-free reciprocating compressors are currently used; I’ve never seen membrane compressors being utilized. How long is the service life of consumables such as valve plates in membrane compressors?
