Type and Performance (1) The type of submersible propeller is installed within the biological reactor; it enables thorough mixing of raw wastewater, activated sludge, and the mixture as a whole, while maintaining a uniform flow rate and preventing sludge from settling. It also reduces dead zones in the reactor, thereby meeting the requirements of the processing process. (2) Performance: Each stream pusher operates continuously within a pool with a given service area, and the motor has a sufficient rated capacity, ensuring that it will not overload and get damaged during continuous operation. Design structure: (1) The blades are suitable for long-term use in industrial and domestic wastewater as well as mixed fluids without suffering from corrosion. They have a semi-open shape that allows them to withstand the varying loads resulting from the flow velocity of the wastewater without deforming. The blades of the submersible propeller are made of fiberglass, providing sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure a service life of 10 years. (2) The impeller shaft is integrated with the output shaft of the reducer; after being equipped with two mechanical seals to prevent leaks, there is enough length available for installing the impeller. The middle section of this shaft is located within the oil chamber, which helps to lubricate the mechanical seals. (3) Submersible motor: The submersible motor is designed and manufactured by Creafong Ball Company itself. The motor features the following design characteristics: It is a fully submersible squirrel-cage induction motor. The motor will not be overloaded regardless of the operating point on its characteristic curve. It has a protection rating of IP68 and an insulation class of F. The maximum speed per minute is 1500 revolutions. It operates on 380-volt AC power, three-phase at 50HZ±10%. a. The full-load power is 90%. b. The maximum starting current does not exceed 6 times the rated current. c. Bearings: The bearings on the motor shaft are of SKF type, designed for wear resistance and grease lubrication; they can withstand radial and axial loads on the shaft under all operating conditions. Their service life is at least 100,000 hours. d. The stator coils and stator leads have an F-class insulation. e. The motor can operate continuously, with 12 starts per hour without any adverse effects. f. The cable entries are designed with water sealing to meet specified torque requirements and ensure proper sealing. g. The power and control cables connected to the motor are suitable for underwater use and are flexible in design. The length of these cables is 10 meters. (4) The motor housing and the impeller casing are made from high-quality GG25 cast iron. The reducer is manufactured by a well-known domestic manufacturer according to our company’s design parameters, with a GG25 cast iron casing. (5) Motor protection devices: The stator windings of the motor are equipped with overheat sensors that are embedded in the coils of the stator windings, so as to shut down the motor when the temperature rises too high. Leakage sensors are installed within the motor to detect oil and water leaks, thereby preventing dirty fluids from reaching the stator windings.
