Compressor dry gas seal issues

I would like to ask: if the primary seal gas for the dry gas seal of the compressor is not used, while the lubricating oil system is in operation, will the seal surface of the dry gas seal get damaged when the machine is started by turning it manually? The rotation speed is very low, about one revolution per 3 seconds.
No, it will take another 30 minutes to warm up the machine. A slow cranking speed will not cause any wear
