The expert group agreed that the technical level of this project is at an international advanced level; it is innovative and technologically sophisticated, with broad prospects for widespread application. The experts noted that traditional CNG compressors use packing seals, which often lead to leakage problems. However, through its innovative design, this project prevents the gas that leaks from the packing from escaping outside the unit, allowing it to be recovered and reused. This improves the safety of the equipment while reducing environmental pollution and resource waste. 　　It is reported that this project was developed to address the issues existing in the domestic gas compressor market; a new type of compressor housing structure and key parameters were designed, and these were tested and verified by third-party institutions. This compressor is suitable for CNG compression units with an inlet pressure of 1.0 MPaG or lower, and it is capable of fully recovering natural gas that leaks from the packing back into the primary inlet stream. The average overall leakage rate is only 0.000011%. This project has obtained 1 invention patent and 4 utility model patents.
