Why are grade 4 motors used on reaction kettles? The stirring in a reaction vessel requires speed reduction through a reducer, and a 6-stage motor operates at a lower speed than a 4-stage motor, thus requiring a lower speed ratio. With a lower speed ratio, doesn’t the manufacturing cost of the reducer decrease as well?
For this, the issue of torque still needs to be taken into consideration, rather than just focusing on speed
Could it be that the torque at level 6 is excessive, resulting in higher costs for the motor?
This also takes into account the reduction gear speed ratio
