The motor is equipped with dual water coolers on top, along with level switches; when the level switch triggers an alarm, fluid is drained, and the lubricating oil is removed. The image showing the motor after it has been stopped and disassembled is provided below:

This is the first time I’ve seen this type of motor…
The motor bearing housing has an oil return pipe on each of the two horizontal sides on the inside; check whether there are any leaks at these interfaces.
It should be a high-voltage motor, 600 volts, right?
Install a exhaust fan in the lubricating oil tank to create a negative pressure in it, and add a layer of sealed isolation gas between the bearings and the motor.
It should be forced lubrication by an oil pump, with a rotation speed of around 3000 revolutions
Excessively high tank pressure and poor return flow can lead to oil leakage from the bearing shells
