Have any of the teachers encountered the problem of caking of materials dried using single-cone dryers? Please help analyze the reasons
①The material has a high water content and is sensitive to moisture. It evaporates quickly in the air. ②The rotating helical rib of a single cone does not have a strong crushing effect on clumped materials. It is recommended to reduce the speed of the main engine to enhance the crushing effect ； Extend the drying time.
What is the appropriate gap between the screw ribbon and the cone?
Obviously, the less, the better, but it’s usually over 10mm.
