Recently, Chengdu Kenero reached a partnership with a large steel manufacturing group in the north, supplying it with the core equipment for a 60,000 cubic meter per day air separation project; this marks another significant advancement for domestically produced high-end turbine equipment in the industrial sector. This project utilizes the third-generation axial flow compressor (ICTA3), which was developed jointly by Chengdu Kenerg and the ACRI. This technology integrates seamlessly cutting-edge design concepts and structural verification methods from the field of aeroengines, enabling systematic integration of key technologies as well as innovative breakthroughs. Thanks to flow channel optimization and a high-strength structural design, the ICTA3 unit achieves international advanced levels in terms of operational efficiency and energy consumption control; its performance is significantly better than that of traditional models, which will help customers reduce operating costs and improve overall production efficiency. This collaboration not only provides an efficient, stable, and clean solution for air separation systems, but also offers a practical approach for the industrial sector to achieve its \"dual carbon\" goals, further highlighting the crucial role of domestically produced high-end equipment in driving the green transformation of industries.
