As shown in the figure, when calculating the head for SW6, the results obtained from all relevant parameters were satisfactory; yet the conclusion on the first page indicated that it was unsatisfactory. It’s really hard to determine where the problem lies Solve

No, the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid column is something that needs to be calculated first before it is entered.
It’s a software problem; there’s no need to analyze it any further – it’s just this damn software! Please provide the parameters so I can try it with PV Desktop

The upper head passed the calculations, while the lower head did not. The effective thickness of the component in question is slightly greater than the calculated thickness; could it be that the static pressure of the liquid used in the hydrostatic test is the reason for the failure?

It’s a software issue; if the hydraulic system is fine, simply change the status from \"unqualified\" to \"qualified\". Anyway, the software is no longer responsible for the calculations – the designer is responsible themselves
You’re calculating this based on vertical equipment, right? Seeing that it has a stirrer, did you take into account the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid column even without entering any values? There are quite a few errors with SW6, but it’s still best to check your own data.
