Are there any specific standards and specifications for designing pressure vessels made of composite panels?
I haven’t seen it; there probably isn’t any...
The basic standard for pressure vessels is GB150; it seems there isn’t any other one.
In accordance with the principles of GB150, appropriate additional special requirements can be added by the designer to formulate the technical specifications.
Without such standards, when we designed the replacement certification, experts relied on the standards for titanium plate materials and the design standards for titanium plate containers as references, but this was not very useful.
Are there no corresponding standard specifications for the design of pressure vessels made of nickel and nickel alloy composite plates?
There are no standards for the design of composite panel containers.
There are no specific standards, but relevant standards from the petrochemical and chemical industries can be used as a reference, such as HGT 20583-2011 Specifications for the Structural Design of Steel Chemical Storage Vessels, and SHT 3527-2009 Welding Procedures for Stainless Steel and Composite Steels in the Petrochemical Industry
Are there any special requirements for post-weld heat treatment of composite plate pressure vessels?
