Head cover issue

I originally intended to have a THB1800x12 butterfly head, but the manufacturer produced one of the THA1800x12 type. I’m not sure if it’s possible to fix this
It is recommended to modify the design drawings by changing the cylinder to also be based on its outer diameter...

The redesign is unreasonable; either the manufacturer needs to produce a new head, or the existing head must be reprocessed.
Agree with the comment above. Generally, manufacturing plants first seal the end caps before starting to fabricate the cylinder body. The cylinder diameter is determined by the head. However, the difference is quite large; the design drawings need to be changed.
With such a thickness, by pressing it again, the dimensions can be increased to ensure they meet the requirements; the design cannot be changed.

It was requested to use THB, but the result came out as THA with a larger size
If it is spun or hot-pressed, it can be sent back to the factory for remanufacturing.
Design changes cannot be considered just because of issues with head manufacturing; design documents cannot be altered arbitrarily, as there are many factors involved such as the owner’s requirements and process conditions. Moreover, even if this end cap is remade, the cost won’t be very high, and it’s still the end cap manufacturer’s problem.
