As shown in the figure, the calculation results show that the allowable external pressure is 0.707MPa, which is greater than the design external pressure of 0.7MPa. Why does it still show that it is unqualified?
Where is the picture? I can’t see it on my phone.
There is indeed a problem with the judgment of the calculation results, but please note the following prompt. When entering the calculated length of 3200, the required thickness is 27mm.; When a thickness of 32 is entered, the allowed calculated length is 3285, which is another contradiction.
If the stress verification fails, please enter 28 for the thickness and try again.

Does your software have the latest patches installed?
The result of the judgment itself is problematic. If the allowable external pressure is greater than or equal to the calculated pressure, it is qualified.
SW6-2011 3.1 (patch 3), but a cracked version
Well, you're right. It seems that there is not much difference in the results, so I will try 28 and compare and analyze the results to see where the problem may lie.
If your software is not the same version, there may be differences in the database, which will affect the results.
