For the flange calculation in SW6, when determining the axial stress on the flange, it is required that the calculated value be less than 1.5 times the allowable stress of the flange material or 2.5 times the allowable stress of the cylinder material (the lower of these two values). Yours is smaller than both of them, so of course it fails.
If the calculated value is lower than the allowable value, how can it be considered unacceptable? What I mean is (how the allowable value should be determined). Take the minimum of 1.5Qf and 2.5Qn, but it is noted later that 1.5Qn should be used ; Contradictory)

I’ve encountered this too; it seems that the software calculations are correct, but there’s an issue with the calculation report. This is for a flange of arbitrary design, calculated based on the overall flange parameters, and the allowable stress should be 1.5 times the design temperature allowable stress for the cylinder.
