For small-scale equipment, seamless pipes are often used as the cylinder body. I believe it should be considered as a equipment flange; if one wishes to avoid performing flange calculations, it is necessary to select flanges in accordance with Chapter 7 of GB150.3, namely the JB/T 4700 series, and the fasteners must also be chosen accordingly for equipment flanges. If it falls outside the scope of Article 10.4 of GB150.4, whether to perform surface non-destructive testing depends on the design.
It needs to be calculated. Just treat it as a non-standard flange and calculate it; it will generally pass.
The teacher taught us that pipe flanges also fail the calculations, and the calculation report cannot show a \"failure\" result; therefore, they can be used directly without any need for further calculation.
