1. ALL FLANGES AND END CONE CONNECTIONS ARE TO BE SUPPLIED WITH DUMMIES, TEFLON CUSHIONS, GASKETS, AND CLAMPS AS PER THE STANDARDS, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THEIR PROPER USE. A specification sheet was sent by the customer, which included such a requirement; Baidu Translate produced a very messy translation, especially regarding the term TEFLON CUSHION + CRT – what does CRT mean? Don’t tell me it’s a cathode ray tube – do gaskets work with monitors? ╮(╯_╰)╭ Can some expert give an accurate translation?

In my opinion, there are issues with the wording of this sentence itself; it’s non-standard English, as spoken by someone who isn’t proficient in the language. That’s my understanding. Personally, I think it should be a PTFE-coated gasket (or a modified Teflon gasket).
