During the regular inspection, a situation where three tees were connected to each other was found. Is this type of connection considered an unreasonable structure?
Whoever thinks it is unreasonable should point out the relevant rules or the reasons why it is unreasonable, so that everyone can make a judgment.
There is nothing unreasonable about using a tee for connection; it’s merely a matter of whether a short circuit is needed for the tee and where the control valve should be placed.
Three-way to three-way is acceptable, as is three-way + pipeline (or valve) + three-way; there is no clear rule that prohibits any of these configurations. Moreover, tees are even more universal types of pipe fittings, and they work fine
In many cases, elbows are directly connected to butt-welded flanges; since there is no prohibition, it is considered permissible – that’s my personal opinion
