Page 96 of TSG 21-2016 specifies the requirement to install a conduit at the outlet of the safety valve to direct the discharged medium to a safe location where it can be properly handled, and prohibits direct discharge into the atmosphere; it does not state that full-opening safety valves cannot be used.
A closed-type safety valve is needed, right? It’s best to add a burst disc in front as well.
HG/T20570 specifies bellows safety valves for extremely hazardous media. According to the Fixed Volume Regulations and Regulation 150, I believe it is incorrect to state that \"pressure vessels with extremely or highly hazardous media cannot use fully open safety valves.\"
