There are issues related to the methods of ash transportation; what are the characteristics of silo pumps, dilute-phase pneumatic ash transportation, and dense-phase ash transportation? I would appreciate guidance from those who use these methods. In particular, dilute-phase ash transportation doesn’t seem to work very well in practice – its efficiency is low. Thank you.

There are generally two types of ash transportation: dense phase and dilute phase. Thick-phase systems require more investment, have a higher conveying capacity, and can operate over relatively longer distances. There is less investment in the dilute phase, the transport capacity is lower, and the distance is shorter. Based on your actual situation, determine the type you need to choose; don’t rely on what others say.
