According to Announcement No. 41 of 2021 issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation: Regulations on Administrative Licenses for Special Equipment, as of June 1, 2021, the process of obtaining and renewing licenses for pressure vessel design is carried out by local provincial authorities. The process of obtaining and renewing licenses for pressure vessel manufacturing (excluding A1 category) is also handled by local provincial authorities, while the process for obtaining and renewing licenses for pressure vessel manufacturing in the A1 category is handled by the **National Administration. The more regulations there are, the worse things get; safety becomes less and less important. Correction: Analytical design (SAD) in pressure vessel design is still carried out by the General Administration.
