On December 9, China National Chemical Corporation Tianchen reported that recently, with the final chimney section successfully hoisted into place, the 50-meter-high chimney of the waste and solid waste incineration system – the core equipment for the Fujian Zhongsha Gulei full-scale incineration project, which is under the general contracting of China National Chemical Corporation Tianchen – was fully installed. The successful completion of this critical milestone marks the full finish of the installation work for the project’s large-scale equipment, ushering in the final push toward the mechanical completion of the project. As the core environmental protection facility for the Fujian Zhongsha Gulei project, the plant’s incineration system adheres to the fundamental design principle of \"harmless treatment and resource utilization,\" and features three specialized incineration lines for handling waste gas, waste liquid, and solid waste. The completion and operation of this system will fundamentally solve the problems related to the disposal of various pollutants during the project’s production process. By employing advanced technologies, it enables the efficient purification of pollutants and their recovery as resources, which is of milestone significance for improving the project’s green and low-carbon operational standards as well as enhancing its sustainability. It also provides strong impetus for the protection of the regional ecological environment and the green transformation of industries. The chimney being hoisted this time serves as a key piece of equipment in the waste and solid waste incineration line, playing an important role in the final purification of incineration exhaust gases to ensure they are discharged in compliance with regulations. To ensure the smooth progress of the lifting operation, Tianchen Company’s project team developed a detailed specialized construction plan in advance. They organized experienced technical personnel to conduct repeated checks on the lifting equipment and the workflow, closely monitoring the lifting angle, speed, and alignment accuracy throughout the process. This approach enabled the chimney to be lifted smoothly and positioned precisely, demonstrating the project team’s strong technical expertise and efficient execution capabilities.
