May I ask whether the elliptical heads used in industrial storage tanks are generally made as standard elliptical heads?
Not necessarily; some are designed with a canopy shape.
Is what the poster is referring to an elliptical head, meaning one that is made in the standard elliptical shape? Is the top of the umbrella oval-shaped?
