What are the differences between an incinerator and a vertical dual-drum gas boiler?

Both are used for burning exhaust gases and waste liquids – are they the same thing? We purchased a vertical dual-tank gas boiler, but can it be registered under the name of an incinerator? Thank you

I don’t think it’s possible, because incinerators need to meet the 3T+E principle, while boilers are not subject to such requirements; therefore, gas boilers cannot be equated with incinerators. There is another important reason as well: the temperature changes in incinerators are generally quite small.
This is only relative; incinerators also need to be equipped with waste heat boilers.
