Experts, I would like to ask whether it is necessary to submit the application for re-evaluation again if the thickness of the support plates in the boiler is changed?
Do you see it has become thicker or thinner? If it has been thinned, then it needs to be compared with the calculated value; the actual value must not be lower than the calculated one. Logically, it should be sent for review at this point. If it has been thickened, then it’s a matter of material procedures—substitution of materials. Another issue here is that the two situations I mentioned apply to the same type of material; if it’s different materials, then it’s a different matter.
How is the bracing area for the bracing plate determined?
