What are the design standards for high-pressure pressure vessels?

What design standards should be applied to pressure vessels with a pressure exceeding 20 Mpa? ASME DIV1 states that designs can only be made for pressures below 2020 Mpa.
GB/T150-2011 allows up to 35MPa
Can’t we use GB/T150?
For those whose maximum design pressure under GB150 reaches 35 MPa, they can be designed in accordance with this standard or the JB4732 standard
This pressure is within the limits of GB150 and can be used as a reference. Actually, the main concern is knowing what qualifications are required, especially now that the new licensing rules have been introduced.
