The hydrochloric acid tanks in the workshop always emit smoke during acid unloading and the transfer of acid to other workshops. Is there any effective solution? ? ?
Concentrated hydrochloric acid evaporates – it’s normal!
Adding a hydrochloric acid exhaust gas absorption tower will solve the problem.
A water flush pump will also work, but it will create negative pressure in the storage tank; especially when discharging from a hydrochloric acid tank, significant negative pressure is generated. Fiberglass tanks are particularly sensitive to negative pressure
Does that mean I can’t spray fire water on the fiberglass in this hot weather, to prevent a sudden drop in pressure inside the tank? ?
