I need help: A reaction kettle imported from Taiwan is a atmospheric pressure kettle, and it is imported as an atmospheric pressure vessel; the label on it reads “vessel not classified as a special pressure vessel”. The customs requires a written certificate from a third party (the Market Supervision Bureau) stating that such a vessel is not considered a special equipment. Since it is not classified as special equipment, it seems to fall outside the jurisdiction of the Market Supervision Bureau. How can we convince the customs?~~
By counterproof, if it is evaluated according to the standards for pressure vessels, it naturally won’t meet those standards!
It’s just about using connections to get a certificate with an official stamp, proving that the device is not a regulated device
Stay at home and go to the public security bureau to get a certificate of no criminal record. Have the customs check the list of special equipment
There is no definition for devices outside this category; it’s likely due to the low professionalism of those with whom you are communicating, as only categories one, two, and three have been specified.
The customs said: I can’t understand the standards; I only look at the results
Equipment that is not covered by the \"Safety Inspection Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels\" falls outside this category (it is not classified)
