Can container ear supports be welded directly to the foundation? If it is welded directly to the foundation, how is it verified?

Since the ear seat anchor bolts are primarily used for positioning, welding them directly has little impact on the load-bearing capacity of the ear seat. However, it is necessary to consider the effect of the additional stresses that arise when the equipment’s wall temperature is high and the equipment cannot expand radially after welding, as these stresses act on the back of the equipment’s wall. Therefore, high-temperature equipment should preferably not be welded

Bolts are preferable for connection and fixation.
Is this device not to be repaired? It’s just welded shut.
Direct welding connections may have thermal stress issues, and using finite element software is quite troublesome
