I’m asking the equipment specialists for their advice. The mixer in our company handles powdered materials, and the internal temperature is relatively high along with a high level of moisture in the air. If this moisture isn’t removed in time, it condenses and mixes with the materials, causing blockages as the materials are transported to downstream processes. Under what conditions are there any good solutions? 1. Remove only the moisture without moving the materials; 2. A solution that requires little modification and has minimal impact on the materials inside

What type of mixer is it, for the bedroom, vertical? The most effective solution to this problem is to replace the humid air inside. A simple way to address this is by installing a roof pressure relief valve, along with an additional source of compressed air for replenishment. Achieving internal air replacement is sufficient. The renovation cost is low, and the results are good.
