Welding heat treatment issues of P91 and stainless steel 304

A client has requested that the casing of this device be made of 304 material, while the connections should be made of P91 material to avoid the use of different welding materials on site. Since P91 connections require heat treatment after welding to eliminate cracks that may occur as a result of welding, stainless steel cannot be subjected to heat treatment. Has anyone worked on similar devices before? How can this heat treatment issue be addressed?
Use austenitic stainless steel welding materials, no heat treatment required.
