Questions regarding design firms applying for pressure vessel qualifications

In the application form’s resource section, can I fill 0 for things like factory floor area, exposure chamber area, non-destructive testing personnel, and welding personnel?
Currently, the design qualification for pressure vessels has not been abolished; a separate certification is still required, and it has not been integrated with that of manufacturing units. There must be an issue with the application form you are using.
In the online application system, I couldn’t find an entry for applications from design firms; only the option “License for Special Equipment Manufacturers (License for Special Equipment Design Firms)” was available. I left a query on the website of the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau; let’s see when I’ll get a reply.
