It was later discovered that the air cooler’s tube bundle does not have fins; it’s the only air cooler of this type without fins in the installation. I wonder if anyone has ever seen an air cooler without fins?

Winged cooling provides better results; air cooling with bare tubes is also available.
There are many factors contributing to poor cooling performance, both internal and external. Send a video to take a look; some require fins, while others don’t, and there are also those with inner fins and outer fins. . . . . .

Did the manufacturer cut corners? How was it inspected at that time?
Do we have any models with fins, but with sufficient heat transfer capacity? Or should we start by looking at the design and ambient temperature first?
