For the reducer fittings specified in GB/T12459-2005, only the diameters of the large and small ends as well as the distance between them are given; the length of the straight edges at both ends and the radius of the transition arcs are not specified. Does anyone know these detailed dimensions for reducer fittings? Thank you!

The exact values for the length of the straight edges and the radius of the corners are not specified, but Section 6 outlines the requirements for the overall shape, including the rules regarding corner transitions. The dimensions given include those from one end face to another, which indirectly implies requirements for the length of the straight edge sections
It is July 22, 2017; GB/T12459-2005 has not yet been repealed. The new standard GB/T12459-2017 will come into effect on September 1, and it can still be used before that date.
Except for those specified, the dimensions of the remaining parts are not controlled
Apart from the sizes specified by the standards, everything else should not be important; the version 05 standard has been repealed
